TNL has made a significant investment in information technology (IT), with the philosophy that our IT must provide ease of access and information to our customers.
TNL offer a variety of online services including:
Track & Trace services
This service is accessed via our web site on a secured page. Once registered you will be able to track your freight movements 24/7, 365 days of the year.
The information provided includes pickup, line haul and delivery movements.
Proof of Delivery (POD)
Automatic Outbound POD information – an electronic file can be automatically sent from our computer system at any time that best suits you. The information sent is: Manifest number, Consignment note number, Date, Delivery Time, Who signed for the goods, and TNL’s delivery code.
POD via Web Access:-TNL can provide POD information of delivery date, time and the person who signed for the goods via our web site.
Scanned POD’s All of our consignment notes are scanned and housed centrally. A PDF copy can be obtained by logging into our scanning agent, Iron Mountain, secure web site.
Electronic Debtors Invoicing
TNL can provide you with electronic statements. The electronic statement does not replace the hard copy that is mailed to you. We can customise the electronic statement to suit your needs. We do this by working with you to define your requirements. The invoice file format can be either txt or CSV and is automatically emailed on a weekly or monthly basis.
GPS
TNL have a GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management system which can also assist with Freight Tracking.
Online Bookings
TNL also offers an Online Booking service. Once registered you will be able to add your pickups directly into the TNL live Acumen system as well being able to:
generate consignment notes
labels and
daily manifests
All these online services can be accessed easily via TNL’s online services page on the TNL website.
